We are developing our future strategy and need your input!

Join us for one of our Future Strategy Webinars on either Wednesday 14th October or Wednesday 21st October*.

Guest speakers include; Nilixa Devlukia, Open Banking, Digital Currency and Payments Expert, Martin Coppack, Director, Fair By Design, Mark Chidley, Member Financial Services Consumer Panel and Alison Donnelly, Payments Regulation Specialist at the EPA, to discuss the key payments issues and what the PSR should focus on over the next 5-10 years.

Date: Wednesday 14th October or Wednesday 21st October
Time: 14:30 – 16:00
Location: Virtual (using Microsoft Teams)

As the sector, technology, external environment and consumer demands continue to evolve, many new issues are arising which could impact payment systems and their users for decades to come.

With this in mind, we’re developing our future strategy. We want to define the outcomes that we want to see in the payments sector and our role in helping to achieve them.
During the session, we’ll:

  • Provide an overview of the strategy;
  • Listen to our panel of guest speakers as they discuss the big issues and those that will drive future change in the payments industry;
  • Find out what sort of things you’d like to see from the strategy that are important to you and your organisation; and where we may need to give greater focus.

The strategy will ultimately require us to make certain choices on how to prioritise our work so we can continue to make payment systems accessible, reliable, secure and value for money in the most efficient way possible.

To make this a valuable session we’re asking attendees to pre-submit questions to help shape the panel’s conversation.

We hope you, or a colleague can join us. To register and submit your questions, please email events@psr.org.uk by Monday 12th October

*You are not required to attend both sessions as the issues covered will be broadly the same. Please note the speakers will differ for each session.
