The PSR Board today confirms that Amelia Fletcher OBE and Nick Stace have stepped down from their roles as non-executive directors of its board.
Amelia Fletcher joined the PSR Board in 2014 and has also been a member of the FCA Board since April 2013. She steps down at the end of her current term at the end of March 2020.
Nick Stace joined both the PSR’s and the FCA’s Boards in April 2019. He stepped down with effect from 29 January 2020.
New appointees will be announced once the recruitment process has been completed.

David Geale, Director of Retail Banking and Payments Supervision at the FCA, has been appointed to the PSR Board.

Tommaso Valletti, Professor of Economics at Imperial College Business School, has been appointed to the PSR Board and will join on 1 April 2020.
