We have published an open letter to the UK's six biggest banking groups (directed under the PSR's Specific Direction 10 and referred to as SD10 banks) and UK Finance.
In June 2021 the SD10 banks and UK Finance wrote to Chris Hemsley, Managing Director of the PSR outlining their plans and publicly committing to deliver the first part of Phase 2 of Confirmation of Payee.
