Following our consultation between November 2018 and January 2019 about our proposals to give a general direction for the implementation of Confirmation of Payee, we are publishing the comments and feedback we received and our responses to that feedback.
We have also published our follow-up consultation and updated our plans and propose to give a specific direction to the UK's six largest banking groups.
