This document sets out the figures we will use to calculate the regulatory fees for each PSR fee payer in 2026/27. We publish a similar document each year to provide the updated figures.

You can find more about the way we will collect and allocate PSR fees in Chapter 4 of our policy statement PS 18/12.

You can use our fee calculator to help you estimate your annual invoice, but please note it is for guidance only and you should always pay the exact amount shown on your invoice.

We will manage the costs of the consolidation of the PSR into the FCA within our existing budgets.

We cannot confirm the longer-term approach yet, but we expect that ongoing costs for the regulation of payment systems will continue to be funded through fees from regulated firms, in line with the current model. References to PSR fees in this document will apply to the future arrangement, which we will be able to confirm after the relevant legislation has been approved by Parliament. The specific funding requirements after consolidation will be informed by the organisational priorities and work expectations.
